About Deulen Tools

I've lived in the Pacific NW all my life. Making wood and metal projects in grade school shop class was always fun for me. After HS I trained to be an instructor at Fred Astaire's dance studio in Portland OR. where I taught Salsa dances like Rumba, Cha Cha & Samba, plus swing and ballroom dances. Then went to MHCC & worked in the Oregon Carpenter apprentice program. We were "Building America". Safety should always be the main concern because it's dangerous, building bridges, schools, hospitals, elevators, tunnels and high-rises. At Deulen Tools, I've spent years studying safety with using wood/metal power tools. Maybe because my great grandpa was missing a couple fingers on his left hand and, my grandpa taught me wood and metal working since I could walk. He left the eighth grade to work for my great-great grandfather Jessie, the town blacksmith. Don't get me started!
